Billing Specialist – We offer a casual work environment, 40-hour work week, and paid time off.

  • Exemplify good work ethic in regards to punctuality, attendance, and compliance
  • Experience in the field of transportation or logistics helpful but not required.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Transportation experience is preferred, along with the following:
  • Billing experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience in a high volume, repetitive processing environment
  • Excellent typing, data entry, and communication skills
  • The ability to learn and retain new information
  • Proficiency with the Office Suite of programs including Excel and Word
  • Very good verbal and written skills
  • Some basic Billing and/or AR experience.
  • Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
